applied topicaly 4 to 5 times a week and left on scalp for 3 to 6 hrs the mixture is –
    -pumpkin oil – tablespoon
saw palmetto complex capsules – 4, opened up into the pumpkin oil
and stinging nettle caps -1 ,opened up into the pumpkin oil,
apply directly on thinning areas mix well

also taking orally flax seed caps 1 daily
    pumpkin seed caps 1 daily
    omega hish oil caps 3-6-9s

all these people on net who say they have had little or no results is because you have to really stick at it , ive only been doing it a month but the results speak for them selves my hair is thicker – no more hair loss – and and real hair regrowth,

I AM HAIR IMPLANT SURGEON IN PUERTO RICO AND IN THE 16TH ORLANDO LIVE SURGERY WORKSHOP AND THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF HAIR RESTORATION THIS YEAR WAS POSTULATED ABOUT THE USE OF SAW PALMETO FOR HAIR LOSS.

TEN YEARS AGO ANYBODY TALKED ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF OMEGA 3 TO DECREASE TRIGLYCERIDES. TODAY MANY DOCTORS AROUND THE WORLD USE IT TO DECREASE TRIGLYCERIDES LEVELS.
IF SAW PALMETO DECREASE DHT AND STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT IS AN EFFECTIVE ANTI-ANDROGEN THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS PROVE IT WITH YOUR PATIENT AND WAIT FOR THE PATIENT RESPONSE.

    Kaxa,

That’s interesting. I did read the article and according to this, there has been a study performed. The study however, is very vague and doesn’t state who has performed the study. Often times studies are performed by companies interested in selling a product – and often times, the studies aren’t reliable. But I appreciate you pointing this out. Feel free to post any other specific information that you can find. If I can find any strong supportive data, I will modify the article.
