Can I Have Hair Transplant Surgery to Create a Mohawk Hairstyle?

Can I get a hair transplant to grow a mohawk like this? I would be most happy with this hairstyle. I have also included a pic of my head.
A mohawk like the one shown above is only achievable in hair transplant patients who have a good scalp donor site and do not have much advancing baldness. At most they have a Norwood Scale type 2-3 hair loss pattern. The mohawk can be achieved in this select category, but in two sittings 6 months apart.
You have type 4 baldness and extensive miniaturization in the vertex area. I would not say you are a candidate for hair restoration surgery since your expectations are unrealistic.

I would be very happy to have all my hair removed from the sides and transplanted to the top. Then get some tattoos around the sides over the scars, even though it is said that scars don’t tattoo well. Anything is better than having to shave it all off to keep from look like Bozo the Clown.
