I have seen quite a few after photos and it seems that the only hairstyle that you can have after a hair transplant is the hair slicked back. I haven’t seen any people show what their hair looks like when combed down. Is this even possible to do or is the hair destined to grow up due to the nature of the implantation?
If a patient’s transplanted hair is better in front in terms of density than their natural hair behind it, then that patient may choose to brush the transplanted hair back to cover the balding area. Surgical hair restoration patients can brush their hair forward, backward or to the side. They can also center part their hair but it tends to make the transplanted hair look thinner. Spiking hair up also tends to make transplanted hair look thinner.
