I had a hair transplant 6 months ago. My hairs are coming in fine but I can still see my scalp. I think when the hair grows longer it will be fine. My hair restoration physician told me it’s better if I can quit smoking but I continued to smoke up to 3 months from surgery. For the past 3 months I gave up completely. Do you think that it affected my grafts or will it affect my hair regrowth?
I also asked him if I can apply Mira Hair Oil as I saw so many good reviews of this product. Plus it’s natural with no side effects. Is it to use this product?
Mira hair oil is a natural product containing the following ingredients; Henna, Aloe vera, Eclipta alba, Hibiscus, Amla, Coconut oil, Tridax procumbens (coat bottons), Cuscuta reflexa, Asiasari Radix, Sophora flavescens, Ocimum gratissimum, Ginkgo biloba, Rosmarinus officinalis, Thuja occidentalis leaf, Citrullus colocynthis, Trigonella (Fenugreek), Grape seed oil
I see nothing in this product proven to stop hair loss and promote “super-fast hair growth” as they claim. The only two non-surgical hair loss treatments clinically proven and FDA approved to treat male pattern baldness are Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia (finasteride). I recommend discussing these treatments with your physician.

Hey Post Owner
Did your transplanted hair grown fine after that ?
I see you posted this 2 years ago.
I would be more than happy to look at your results. Also did you thought that smoking was a hinderance in your healing ?
Hello David,
I am also going to have my HT procedure at Dr.Bhatti this 24th December.
I am a regular smoker and drinker.
You said one week prior and two weeks after the procedure to abstain from smoking.
Does the same applies to Drinking as well?
Also would electronic cigarettes suffice or those are equally harmful ?
Thanks
