Do any banks or financial institution offer financing for a hair transplant procedure? I know comestic surgery is touchy subject for a lot of financial institutes.

There are several companies that offer financing for cosmetic surgery procedures, including hair transplant surgery. Naturally, some are better than others and some only offer their services through hair transplant physicians that elect to participate in their plans. Here are a few of the most popular:

  • Captial One Cosmetic – Terms up to 60 months, fixed rates as low as 1.9%, available interest-free options, and no pre-payment penalty. Their website says that they offer financing for procedures ranging from $1,500 up to $25,000.
  • Unicorn Financial – No interest financing for 12, 18, or 24 months, apply directly from doctor’s office, every approval has a minimum line of credit of $5,000.
  • CareCredit – No up-front costs, 3, 6, and 12 month no-interest, up to 60 month extended terms, revolving line of credit that can be used for repeat procedures, no application fee, no pre-payment penalties.

These are just a few of the programs available and I am in no way endorsing any of them. Just as you should carefully research your hair restoration procedure and the hair transplant doctor you elect to perform your hair transplant surgery, you should also research your finacing options.

Also, please remember to select your hair restoration surgeon for their skill and ethics, NOT for the price they charge or financing options they offer.
