Will Hair Transplantation Stand the Test of Time?
Due to continual advances in the field of hair restoration, surgical hair transplantation has become a highly-evolved, precise blend of science and art. Hair transplant procedures are becoming larger, more refined, and less invasive, but despite how aesthetically pleasing a hair transplant restoration may appear, one crucial question remains: do the results stand the test of time? Will a refined, state-of-the-art hair transplant look as good at the 2 year mark as it did at the 1 year mark? What about after 3, 4, or even 5 years?
Recently, a member of our hair restoration social community and discussion forums posted the 5 year post-operative photographs of a follicular unit transplantation (FUT) procedure performed by Coalition physician Dr. H. Rahal and clearly demonstrated that quality surgical hair restoration “stands the test of time.” To view these results, please visit the thread – 5 years after my surgery with Dr. Rahal.
