Hi, I had my second hair transplant 3 months ago. As expected, I have started getting pimples. Last night, I accidentally popped a pimple. When I woke up I saw some blood coming out of the pimple. I am really worried if it will affect my hair growth. Thank you.

While it’s generally not a good idea to pop pimples after surgical hair restoration, I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Three months after hair transplant surgery, your grafts are fully healed. Popping a pimple would not likely affect hair growth and, even if it did, it would be such a minor effect that you would not likely notice it once your hair transplant is fully matured.
